Michael Boller (born 1972) studied business administration at
the University of Zurich, focusing on corporate finance and
banking. He was then employed as an accountant at a major auditing
firm from 1998 to 2008, and achieved certification as an accountant
alongside his job in 2002. During that time he primarily took
charge of national and international audits of industrial and
service companies as well as pension funds.
From 2008 to 2013 he was employed in the internal audit
department of a major bank, focusing on financial accounting,
capital and operational processes before joining Treureva in
January 2014. In June 2015 he qualified as an IFRS/IAS Accountant
at Controller Akademie.
His main areas of activity are commercial and service company
auditing, foundation auditing and consulting as well as ICS

After her commercial apprenticeship, Irene Streit, born 1975,
was fascinated by numbers. She found her calling in the fiduciary
field where she completed her training as a trustee with Swiss
Federal Certificate. In 2001, she moved from Central Switzerland to
Zurich. Here she worked for a medium-sized trustee company for nine
years and was able to deepen her practical knowledge and gain
initial leadership experience. During this time, she successfully
completed out in-service further education as certified fiduciary
and earned her degree in 2005.
Irene Streit is interested in people - she appreciates long-term
relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners.
Before joining Treureva in summer 2016, she was the manager of a
trust department for many years.
At Treureva, Irene Streit is responsible for the section Gestion
- with focus on offering comprehensive support to multinational
companies in the areas of accounting, financial statements, VAT and
tax consulting as well as human resources.

Philippe Keller (born in 1975) completed his business
administration studies at the University of Zurich in 2001. While
studying, he worked for several years for the subsidiary of a
listed US company specialising in marketing, accounting and
controlling; in 1998/99, he also worked as International Controller
at the European headquarters of this group in Paris.
He joined Treureva in 2001 and trained in post to acquire the
qualification of Certified Auditor in 2004, going on to qualify in
2007 as an IFRS / IAS Accountant.
His activities focus on administration and support for
international corporations, on audits of trading and service
companies, and on audits in the occupational pensions sector; he
also acts as an expert reporter. Philippe Keller negotiates in
German, French and English.

Maryann Rohner was born in Canada in 1955, but in 1962 her
family returned to Switzerland, where she completed mandatory
secondary schooling and attended high school in Schaffhausen. In
1980, she graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a
Masters in Economics (lic. oec. HSG), supplemented by a half-year
administrative internship at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln);
she went on to broaden her expertise by passing the examinations
for the qualifications of Certified Auditor in 1984 and Certified
Tax Expert in 1988.
Before joining Treureva in 1986, Maryann Rohner had worked for
Swissair since 1981 (and since 2004 − an ironic stroke of fate −
has been a member of the Creditors' Committee of SAirLines in debt
restructuring liquidation). She was a member of the Audit Committee
of the Swiss National Bank from 1997 until it was disbanded in 2004
(and was its Vice-Chair from 1999 onwards); she was a member of the
Zurich Cantonal Tax Appeal Board II, served as Finance Director at
BPW International for three years, has acted as an expert assessor
for auditors' and tax experts' examinations for many years, and
since 1997 has sat on the Board of the Swiss Institute of Certified
Accountants and Tax Consultants.
Maryann Rohner ̶ the "backbone" of Treureva ̶
handles national and international tax advisory, auditing and
management consulting. She sits on various boards of directors and
communicates in German, English, French and Spanish.

Peter Stöckli (born in 1960) embarked on his career in 1976 with
a commercial apprenticeship. In 1985, this path led him into the
accounting sector, where he trained in post to acquire the title of
Fiduciary with Swiss Specialist Certificate in 1990, going on to
qualify as a Swiss Certified Accountant two years later.
Peter Stöckli joined Treureva in 2007; he deals mainly with
issues relating to management advisory services, is responsible for
the area of Accounting and Administration for Third Parties, and
also acts as an auditor.

Andrea Eicher (1981) obtained a degree in law from Zurich
University in 2006. She gained initial professional experience
working for a trust company in parallel to her studies.
On graduating, she spent 2 years working for one of the "Big
Four" before moving to a medium-sized international tax consultancy
and auditing firm, where she remained for 7 years. In January 2012,
she completed on-the-job training to become a certified tax
Andrea Eicher joined Treureva in February 2016 - providing
national and international companies and individuals with tax
advice is her passion. She also has particularly extensive
experience in the area of value added tax.

After completing his training in Business and undertaking
various activities as part of this studies, Fisnik Shabani (1984)
began his career in finance at a small company. He subsequently
also embarked on further studies at the Lucerne School of Business
to become a certified Business Administrator, alongside his
In 2013 he moved to a medium-sized international tax consulting
and auditing firm with a focus on bookkeeping and accounting, as
well as performing surveys and compiling statistics for small and
medium-size banks and securities dealers. Since 2015 he has been
studying towards certification as a trust expert, again alongside
his professional activities. He expects to finish his studies in

companies, with a strong focus on the areas of bookkeeping,
accounting, human resource management and tax.
